ENSCO Arabia Ltd
ENSCO Arabia has quickly become a preferred contractor in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia though its commitment to operating excellence and vision to be the ‘contractor of choice’ to the oil and gas industry. ENSCO is a leading global offshore oil- and gas drilling contractor, a service essential to oil companies in their worldwide exploration and development efforts. The ENSCO fleet of 49 rigs is strategically located in the most prolific oil and gas markets. The company owns and operates one semisubmersible rig, the ENSCO 7500. In addition,ENSCO is constructing three additional ultradeepwater semis.

In 1997, Al-Rushaid Group entered into a joint venture creating Global Al-Rushaid Offshore offering turnkey fabrication and installation of major offshore production facilities and pipelines. A wide range of support activities to the offshore oil and gas industry is provided including the provision of offshore support vessels, an extensive inventory of diving spreads and a range of highly specialized sub-sea engineering equipment.

Noble’s also has a premium fleet of independent leg, cantilever jackup rigs. In addition, the company’s fleet includes submersible units. Many of the company’s units are capable of operating in harsh environments.

Saipem Taqa Al-Rushaid (STAR) Fabricators Co. Ltd. is a new company between Taqa Al-Rushaid for Maritime Works Co. Ltd. (60%) and Saipem International BV (40%).
STAR is involved in the fabrication of offshore structures for oil and gas exploration and production in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
STAR has developed a first-class fabrication yard in the King Abdul Aziz Port of Dammam, the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The yard encompasses the fabrication of many offshore platforms per year, with the ability to expand and meet the continually evolving requirements of our customers in the region.

Tidewater Al Rushaid Co. Ltd is the leading provider of larger Offshore Service Vessels to the global energy industry.
Tidewater marshals the resources to deliver a comprehensive range of high-quality, cost-effective services. Their key support areas are offshore exploration, development, and production, including towing and anchor-handling for drilling rigs and equipment and transporting the supplies and personnel needed to sustain drilling, research, workover, and production activities. Tidewater also provides the direct assistance needed for specialized services such as pipe laying, cable laying, pollution and fire control, and seismic work.
