was established to provide specialist industry services to the petroleum sector and facilitate the world’s most innovative companies to meet the development needs of Saudi Arabia.

2000

Cleveland Bridge Group

is acquired by Al-Rushaid Group, strengthening Cleveland’s ability to win further key major projects in the UK, US, Middle East, and the Far East.

2002

Oil Field Center

the largest oilfield service centre in the Kingdom, was established.

2004

Arabian Rockbit & Drilling Tools Manufacturing Ltd.

a joint venture company with Al-Rushaid, became the first Saudi company to introduce Polycrystalline Diamond Bit Repair.

2006

Abdullah Al-Rusaid Honoured

the Governor of Riyadh and HRH Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Al Saud, Governor of the Eastern Province, bestow an award on Abdullah Al-Rushaid.

Natco and Al-Rushaid Group

sign a joint venture to manufacture and sell pressure vessels for the upstream, downstream and petrochemical markets.
